  • You may be subject to wait up to 30mins from your appointment time to be seated. Our students are training & are learning to manage their time.

  • We have the right to refuse your appointment and charge you £5 if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment.

  • We have the right to charge you a £5 no show fee if you don’t show up to your appointment.

  • We don’t tolerate any aggressive, rude, discriminative or offensive behaviour towards our staff and students. You will be asked to leave and banned permanently if this is the case.

Take advantage of a free haircut from our fully supervised trainee barbers. This service is ideal for students on a budget or anyone looking for a quality free trim in Cardiff.

  • Our student barbers can cut any style and texture of hair

  • No style is too boring or crazy for our student barbers in training

  • Your appointment time may vary if our students are running over

  • Please allow 1-1.5 hours for your appointment

  • Please respect and have patience with our students

  • Your hair will be washed if there is product buildup or it is unclean

  • Haircuts are FREE but require a £5 Holding Fee - No Money is debited from your account
